All products by PinkChampagne.com.au are genuine and have been inspected thoroughly prior to purchase and shipment.


Delivery

There must be someone present to sign for the order when it arrives to the shipping address. Orders are generally delivered within 10 business days. If you require delivery of your goods sooner, this can be arranged if indicated when ordering, however there would be an express postage fee applicable.


Postage

We work with Australia Post and select courier companies to deliver your goods on time at affordable prices. Postage and handling is a flat-rate $12.50 within Australia.

Each item must be separately insured to protect your order. Further enquiry to postage, handling and insurance charges or multiple purchases should be directed to our contact email address info@PinkChampagne.com.au


Damaged goods

Customers should examine the delivery package for any obvious signs of damage before accepting the goods. If there are obvious signs of damage it should not be accepted and you should indicate to the courier that it needs to be returned to the sender.

Claims regarding damage resulting from shipment or faulty workmanship must be received in writing via the 'Contact Us' email link within 48 hours of goods receipt.

Damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 12 working days from the date when the order was made. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or modified, or if it contains any scratches, blemishes or marks. Goods must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and will all the paperwork and tags, parts and accessories to qualify for the return.

PinkChampagne.com.au will make every effort to replace the item subject to availability. PinkChampagne will not accept the return of goods simply if the customer changes their mind or does not want the goods once received.
